Teri J. Diaz represents corporate policyholders in preserving and recovering insurance assets for toxic tort, environmental, property damage, business interruption loss, and other liabilities. She represents companies in complex insurance recovery matters in litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. Her clients include companies in the energy, manufacturing, technology, food, and retail industries. Teri has spoken at conferences and written on cutting-edge insurance issues such as climate change and cyber risks. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by The Legal 500 US and The National Law Journal.
In her litigation practice, Teri has developed case strategy, managed discovery, prepared fact and expert witnesses for depositions and trials, deposed corporate representatives and other witnesses, engaged in successful motions practice, and managed day-to-day activities at trials. Teri also maintains an active pro bono practice including representing a nonprofit organization in a cyberinsurance-related matter.
