Richard M. Lee focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and technology transactions. He has particular experience in leading cross-border acquisitions for technology companies, and late-stage venture capital investments. His clients span industries including software, ecommerce, telecommunications, robotics, fintech, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and digital health.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Richard worked as an economic consultant at CRA International, where he contributed analyses to expert reports in antitrust litigation and in the review of proposed mergers before the US Department of Justice (DOJ), US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and European Commission.
Richard received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he received the Dean's Award in Securities Regulation, and served as the chief executive editor of the Duke Law and Technology Review.
