Jonathan regularly assists his clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; terms and conditions; distribution, services, marketing, supply, sale, and procurement agreements; global outsourcing transactions; and software (cloud and on-premises) and intellectual property licensing agreements.
Jonathan leverages his prior work experience in sales and business development to understand the needs of both the client’s legal and business teams. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jonathan was an associate at a large law firm where his practice focused on representing direct lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
