David Rashé represents employers in state and federal courts, before government agencies, and in private arbitration. His practice focuses on providing employers solutions to complex and everyday employment and business-related problems. His experience includes complex wage and hour class actions, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wrongful termination claims. David also provides counseling to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations to minimize risk in the workplace.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, David represented employers in all types of employment litigation and counseling at a national law firm in Orange County, including class actions, administration of leaves of absence, and the drafting of personnel policies. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to Judge John A. Kronstadt of the US District Court for the Central District of California. He also served as a staff editor on the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.
