Cary Marshall advises clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has experience advising on a range of employment matters including employment tribunal proceedings, grievances, dismissals, workplace investigations, and global projects. Cary completed her training contract at Morgan Lewis, gaining experience across the firm’s litigation, labor and employment, antitrust, and corporate and business transactions practices. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cary completed a clerkship at the Appellate Court of Maryland.
