Bob O’Leary represents public companies and their officers and directors and underwriting firms in securities class actions and shareholder derivative lawsuits in both US state and federal court. Before joining the firm, Bob served as product counsel at two leading technology companies and was an associate at a major international law firm, where he also practiced securities litigation.
