Arjun P. Ramadevanahalli
Arjun Ramadevanahalli advises clients across the energy industry on complex regulatory and commercial matters. Arjun routinely advises on rates, wholesale markets, transmission and interconnection issues, and utility transactions before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state utility commissions. He assists developers and utilities on infrastructure development, including transmission and next-generation energy projects, such as battery storage and advanced nuclear technology, and negotiates related contracts, including power purchase and supply agreements. Arjun advises clients at the forefront of digital infrastructure—helping developers, independent power producers, and utilities navigate regulatory and commercial issues critical to powering data centers.
Arjun’s practice also covers critical infrastructure cybersecurity matters, with a focus on compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) cybersecurity requirements.
Arjun is a member of the firm’s Data Center Strategic Initiative, Cybersecurity Working Group, and Energy Storage Working Group.
