With over 30 years of experience, Andrew White’s corporate transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity investments with a particular emphasis on investments and other transactions in the sports industry. From providing strategic and structuring counseling at the inception of a deal to leading negotiations and other critical steps through to closing, Andrew serves as a trusted advisor to his clients. He is a co-leader of the firm’s sports industry practice and previously served as the leader of the firm’s Boston corporate practice. Before joining the firm, Andrew was a managing director at a leading Wall Street global investment bank, an experience that gives him a unique perspective to the business and financial aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
As a key member of the Firm’s Sports Practice, Andrew has represented sports franchises and leagues in a variety of sports-related transactions, including M&A and purchases and sales of minority ownership interests.
Andrew also worked on Wall Street serving as a Managing Director for Credit Suisse. That experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to the business and financial aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
