During the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) Global Institute, partner Scott Milner and Senior Director of eData James Vinson will host the panel and workshop Leveraging Design Thinking Principles to Transform Legal Perspectives on Technology.
The session will begin by providing an overview of design thinking tools; their use in the legal industry, from application to innovation; and real-world examples. The session will then pivot to a hands-on workshop where small groups will use design thinking principles to brainstorm and iterate on challenges faced by organizations in the legal industry. The program will take place on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 2:45–4:45 pm PT.
