What’s Emerging with PFAS in 2025

This webinar will provide an overview of the current status of some of the most notable federal PFAS regulations of the past two years (including the designation of PFAS as hazardous substances under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, the regulation of six PFAS under the Safe Drinking Water Act, and the TSCA Section 8(a)(7) PFAS reporting rule), and where states are stepping in with their own regulations of environmental media and consumer products.

Also covered will be a discussion of recent trends in litigation involving PFAS, including consumer products litigation as well as anticipated increases in non-governmental organization/interest group and state attorney general actions.
