Morgan Lewis will host the International Trademark Association’s (INTA’s) 2025 North America Roundtable (NART) on Tuesday, April 1, from 12:00–2:00 pm PT. IP partner Andrew Gray will facilitate the roundtable, which will explore how trademarks intersect with green branding and sustainability claims, addressing best practices, legal considerations, and the challenges of ensuring eco-friendly messaging remains compliant and impactful in an increasingly eco-conscious market. A second roundtable on this topic will be hosted at our San Francisco office on April 10.
