Associate Temi Tagoe will present at the Renewable Energy Law Essentials conference an Overview of Renewable Project Development and Finance on Monday, February 3, at 1:10 pm. The presentation will provide an overview of key development contracts and the process for raising capital to develop, construct, and operate renewable energy projects.

Associate Carson Haddow will co-present on Major and Practical Deal Considerations for Project-Level M&A on Tuesday, February 4, at 2:05 pm. This presentation will cover deal considerations in project-level renewable energy M&A, including both development-stage membership interest purchase agreements (MIPAs) and later-stage build-transfer agreements. It will touch on deal structuring considerations as well as certain key provisions in the primary transaction documents for each deal type.
