Securities Enforcement Forum New York is a unique, one-day conference that brings together hundreds of current and former senior SEC officials, securities-enforcement and white-collar lawyers, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field.
Carolyn is a securities enforcement lawyer and a former associate director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. She will lend her experience to the panel “Minding Your Ks and Qs: The Latest Issues and Developments in Financial Reporting Fraud” from 11:45 am – 12:30 pm EST.
