The first Better Safe Than Sorry event of 2025 will focus on Important IP Cases of 2024, offering a quick review of the main points of important US patent litigation cases decided by the US Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 2024, and how these cases affect the ordinary practice of law. The presentation will also explore how the precedents will affect the ordinary practice.
This seminar will be a hybrid of an online session and a live session at the Morgan Lewis Tokyo office. A Rakugo performance and lunch will be served at the live venue.
