ACI's 41st International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

White collar partners Sandra Moser and Amy Schuh will speak at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI’s) 41st International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). This flagship event, widely regarded as the premier anti-corruption conference, provides a unique opportunity to hear from senior US and international government officials, highly regarded corporate executives, and leading outside counsel in the anti-corruption community.

Sandra Moser, co-chair of the event, will give opening remarks on December 4 at 8:30 am ET.

Amy Schuh will speak on the panel titled Critical Considerations for Implementing Compensation Incentives and Clawbacks: Resolving the Latest Real-Life Dilemmas Involving FCPA and International Employment Laws on December 4 at 5:15 pm ET.
