As the 2024 US election approaches, Japanese companies and organizations with business operations and interests in the United States will need to evaluate the effects of any political transitions on US government policy and regulatory activity. This webinar will delve into the possible ramifications of the election outcomes, including with respect to potential congressional investigations, review of transactions by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and antitrust matters.
