Partner Scott Milner is a co-chair for the 21st Annual Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute and will provide opening remarks for the program on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 8:15–8:30 am ET. He will also speak on the eDiscovery Leaders Quick Takes: Insights and Guidance panel, sharing his insight on what keeps him up at night and what gets him excited to go to work, along with other leaders in eDiscovery. Scott’s panel will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 5:15–5:45 pm ET.

Partner Jennifer Mott Williams will moderate the session SUN and ROT, Chats and Channels, AI and PHI: The Impact of Evolving Technology on Information Governance, which will discuss legal and technical challenges with data retention and defensible disposition. Jennifer’s panel will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 1:30–2:30 pm ET.
