PACDL 2024 White Collar Practice Seminar

On November 14, Litigation partner Zane Memeger will participate in the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) 2024 White Collar Practice Seminar, speaking on the panel Too Much Time? Rethinking Purposes and Impact of Sentencing for Economic Crimes. This session will discuss 2023 and 2024 amendments from the Sentencing Commission, along with requests for comments, addressing issues related to criminal history, acquitted conduct, loss, youthfulness of the offender, and several others.

Since its founding in 1988, PACDL has provided education, resources, and more to the Pennsylvania criminal defense bar. Its members are dedicated to ensuring that a vision of equal justice under law is the guiding principle of the criminal justice system.
