2024 Securities Enforcement Forum East

We are pleased to announce that our partner Kelly L. Gibson will speak at the 2024 Securities Enforcement Forum East.

The Securities Enforcement Forum is a one-day conference that brings together current and former senior US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officials, securities enforcement and white collar lawyers, and in-house counsel and compliance executives, among other top professionals in the field. This year's keynote address will be given by SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal.

Kelly, a securities enforcement lawyer who has previously held numerous national and regional leadership roles at the SEC, will lend her experience to the panel Financial Firm Focus – The SEC's Enforcement Priorities for Asset Managers, Broker-Dealers, Private Funds and Hedge Funds. Kelly's panel will take place from 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM EST.
