Litigation partner Sandra Moser spoke at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) 2024 Seoul Global Conference. Each year, NYSBA’s International Section hosts a conference in a different city outside of the United States to provide US and non-US colleagues the opportunity to meet, network, and expand their international practices.
Sandra co-chaired the panel Trends in US and Korean Anti-Corruption Enforcement and Policy Development and the Impact on Global Corporates with Wook Jin Rha of Yulchon LLC. The panel featured a discussion on the respective nations’ anti-corruption enforcement efforts, associated policy developments, and the importance of effective compliance programs for multinationals.
