International Exhaustion

The fifth webinar in our IP series will focus on international exhaustion. This year, we will again welcome Ms. Chie Matsuyama from TMI Associates as a guest lecturer. She will give an overview of the international exhaustion of patent rights in Japan and the United States and the differences between the two countries.

The lecture will be hybrid, available both online and live at the Morgan Lewis Tokyo office. A Rakugo performance and afternoon tea will take place at the live venue.
