PLI Half-Day Program: Drafting Security Agreements Under UCC Article 9

Partner Penny Christophorou will chair and speak at PLI’s half-day program Drafting Security Agreements Under UCC Article 9. The program aims to familiarize lawyers with the fundamental aspects of drafting security agreements. Attendees will learn about rules and definitions established by Article 9 of the UCC, along with strategies to protect creditors and debtors in those transactions.
