Litigation partner Bill Kissinger served as moderator of the panel Western Grid Energy Expansion – Pathways Initiative and Transmission at the 2024 Los Angeles Business Council Sustainability Summit. Bill’s panel discussed sustainable energy efforts and how they will expand the savings and efficiencies that wholesale markets provide, contributing to a customer’s bottom line.
The conference centered on topics including off-shore wind, hydrogen hubs, expansion of the western energy market, and new regional transmission as well as advancements toward zero emission transportation, managing water resources, and how best to capitalize on federal incentives and private capital markets.
