• Payment for research: The evolving US, UK, and EU regulatory environment and its impact on practices around payment for research, with a focus on FCA PS24/9
• The use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create, disseminate, and oversee content: An open discussion on the current regulatory framework, the impact on FINRA research rules, a Section 28§ analysis, and the review and supervision of generative AI content and products
• Corporate access and cross-border practices: Considerations for avoiding the trap of research regulation
