This session will provide an overview of the increasingly complex framework of privacy laws and regulations applicable to digital health companies, including older laws such as HIPAA and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) and newer laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and Washington’s My Health My Data Act.
