Litigation partner Douglas Baruch will speak at the ABA’s 2024 Civil False Claims Act (FCA) conference, which will cover trends, developments, and the nuts and bolts of FCA investigations and litigation.
Doug will participate on the panel Litigation: From Seal Lift to Final Pretrial Conference – 9(B), Touhy, Claims, Experts and More. He will be joined by other knowledgeable FCA defense counsel and a member of the US Department of Justice to provide insights on how to effectively litigate an FCA case, whether declined or intervened. They will cover advanced perspectives on drafting complaints, motions to dismiss, all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and pretrial practice.
