2022 Nuclear Inter Jura

On October 24, 2022, Ryan Lighty will moderate a panel on new nuclear siting at the 2022 Nuclear Inter Jura, hosted by the International Nuclear Law Association in connection with the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) Legal Advisory Committee (LAC).

NEI is responsible for establishing unified policies on behalf of its members on matters affecting the nuclear energy industry, including the regulatory aspects of generic operational and technical issues. NEI’s LAC is comprised of NEI member company in-house counsel and member law firms with a nuclear energy practice, thus representing a substantial part of the US “nuclear bar.”
