The panel, “How We Keep Futures Markets Operational Through World Events,” discussed the COVID-19 pandemic and how clearing operations teams reacted quickly to the pandemic and other unexpected world events.

Sarah and other representatives provided insight about what they learned from the pandemic and other recent events that can be applied to the next crisis. Alongside Sarah were representatives from BMO Capital Markets, ErisX, ION Markets, and JPMorgan Chase.
