Energy associate Levi McAllister will speak at the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics’ 2016 Utilities & Energy Compliance & Ethics Conference.
The three-day event will focus on the introduction, development, and maintenance of high-quality corporate compliance programs in a complex regulatory environment and will provide a forum for interaction and information exchange.
Levi will discuss the Supreme Court’s decision in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission v. Electric Power Supply Association as it relates to FERC’s Order No. 745 and the extent to which FERC may exercise jurisdiction over programs and/or procedures concerning retail demand response programs.
