NEW YORK, February 13, 2025: Morgan Lewis advised the representatives of the several underwriters in an SEC-registered secondary offering of 8,912,500 shares of common stock of Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation, including full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, and the related repurchase by Zurn of 1,636,905 shares of common stock.
Zurn is a growth-oriented, pure-play water management business that designs, procures, manufactures, and markets a broad sustainable product portfolio of specification-driven water management solutions to improve health, hydration, human safety, and the environment.
