London, December 2, 2024: Morgan Lewis is representing AI infrastructure company Nebius Group N.V. in a $700 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing from a select group of institutional and accredited investors. The financing supports Nebius Group’s plans to further build out its full-stack AI infrastructure, including large-scale GPU clusters, cloud platforms, and tools and services for developers.
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius Group has a global footprint with research and development facilities in Europe, North America, and Israel.
