Partner Christine Schleppegrell was quoted in a Regulatory Compliance Watch article discussing the spate of US Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement actions against private fund managers in closing out the fiscal year.
“We haven’t seen an integration case since 2017,” said Christine, referring to the July 2017 settlement with Bradway Capital Management, [and] its affiliate and founder, Brian Kimball Case. “That’s a very big deal.”
