Texas Lawyer quoted partner Jared Wilkerson in an article about the newly established business courts in Texas.
Jared notes that while Texas’s new business courts offer specialized judges and written opinions that can provide valuable legal clarity, there may initially be hesitance due to jurisdictional uncertainties. “Once these venue provisions get into contracts...I think we’ll see a much smoother process,” he said.
