NEW YORK, July 12, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Ariel Gursky has been honored as a rising star by New York Law Journal as part of its 2024 New York Legal Awards.
Ariel represents broker-dealers, investment advisers, and their executives in regulatory examinations and enforcement actions by the SEC, self-regulatory organizations, and state securities commissions. She advises on compliance with SEC and FINRA rules, focusing on self-reporting protocols, strategies for achieving credit for extraordinary cooperation, and books and records requirements. Ariel also acts as counsel to several broker-dealer self-reporting committees and represents broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations.
Award honorees will be celebrated at a dinner in New York City on September 5.
