BOSTON, April 29, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Matthew Schnall has been named by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of its 2024 Go-To Tax Lawyers, an honor given to top tax lawyers in the state.
Matt focuses his practice on complex corporate transactional and business-related tax matters, advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development, leasing, and joint ventures. He works with fund managers on tax issues arising throughout the lifecycle of a fund or management company. Matt represents clients in federal and state tax controversy matters, from audits to appeals to tax litigation. He also has robust federal as well as state and local tax (SALT) practices.
