NEW YORK, ORANGE COUNTY, PHILADELPHIA, January 10, 2023: Morgan Lewis is advising Psyence Group Inc. on US legal matters in connection with a business combination agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary Psyence Biomed Corp. and Newcourt Acquisition Corp. The agreement will result in the parties creating a public company that will leverage natural psilocybin in the treatment of palliative care.

Newcourt is a blank-check company focused on effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
