Our Germany-based lawyers are qualified in Germany and other global jurisdictions, and understand the nuances of the German economy. Our team collaborates seamlessly with colleagues across our offices in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East to provide counsel on a variety of domestic and global corporate and business transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate loans, and the issuance of high yield notes and structured finance products, among others.

We advise German and global clients—ranging from private equity firms and funds, to strategic companies, to traditional non-US banks and non-bank direct lenders, to management and supervisory boards—in the full spectrum of industries, including the life sciences and technology industries. In addition, our Munich office is strategically located near the European Patent Office.
