Our Boston office represents clients nationally and globally. Our nearly 200 lawyers handle complex matters across many sectors, including energy, financial services, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, technology, life sciences, and sports.

Clients include investment and commercial banks; other financial institutions; public companies; emerging companies in energy, life sciences, and technology; family businesses; broker-dealers and investment funds; energy companies; and real estate developers. In addition, we are active members within our community, serving on a variety of charitable and civic boards and committees and representing a wide range of clients on a pro bono basis. These include clients referred to us through our innovative pro bono alliance with the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation.
