Samuel E. Worth counsels both private and publicly held companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Sam focuses on US and multijurisdictional corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private equity transactions, carve-outs, spinoffs, strategic investments, and minority investments. Sam represents clients across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing/consumer goods, and life sciences, and also advises clients on general corporate and governance matters.
Sam has been recognized for his work by The Best Lawyers in America® (Corporate Law) since 2023.
Within the firm, Sam serves on the Recruiting Committee for the New York office.
Pro bono work is also an integral part of Sam’s practice. Sam counsels a number of nonprofit clients, including charitable foundations and emerging businesses, on a variety of corporate issues.
While in law school, Sam was a judicial intern for Judge Mark G. Mastroianni of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and served as executive articles editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
