Jeffrey W. Moss represents and counsels policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving general liability, product liability/toxic torts, environmental issues, and financial losses. He also advises policyholders regarding corporate restructurings and the use and establishment of captives and Qualified Settlement Funds under Section 468b of the Internal Revenue Code. Jeffrey tries product liability defense, environmental, and general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and argues before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Jeffrey also serves as counsel to Mother Caroline Academy and Education Center, a not-for-profit private school for girls in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
