Erin McClelland

Erin McClelland assists in the representation of clients in a wide range of energy regulatory and adjudicatory matters before the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and other federal agencies. She advises clients on FERC enforcement matters and compliance issues. Additionally, she provides advice on nuclear export controls and spent fuel. While in law school, Erin was a member of the Vermont Law School Law Review, sat as chair of the moot court advisory board, and interned with the FERC Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
