Yasheng Mo advises clients in the alternative investment and private fund industries. She counsels fund managers in the structuring and operation of funds, and assists investors in negotiating fund investments. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Yasheng worked in the corporate practice group of a boutique law firm.
