Vanessa M. Her clients include financial institutions, public and private companies, broker-dealers, and investment advisors. Vanessa has practiced in both state and federal trial and appellate courts and has been involved in numerous administrative enforcement proceedings before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and state securities regulators.
