Todd P. Zerega

Todd P. Zerega is an investment management and regulatory lawyer specializing in the development and launch of investment products, including tokenized securities, funds, and commodities and crypto-related products. Todd also specializes in representing asset managers and other buy-side institutions on capital market transactions such as derivatives, repurchase agreements, and private investments. Todd advises on the application of blockchain/distributed ledger technology to capital market transactions and security and derivative issues for the launch of virtual currencies or tokens. For over 25 years, Todd has represented fund companies and their managers and directors regarding their responsibilities under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Todd has strong ties to the local community and previously served as a director of the Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania Hospital Authority and coached youth ice hockey. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Todd served as the co-chair of the investment management practice at another international law firm.
