Tom Turgeon advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, capital markets, corporate reorganizations, corporate transactions in the life sciences industry, debt and equity financings, and other general corporate matters.
Tom previously worked as an intern at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Tom received his J.D. from Cornell Law School. While in law school, Tom served as a teaching assistant for the school’s antitrust law course. He also co-authored “Genius or Chaos: The ‘Big Tech’ Antitrust Cases as a Window into the Complex Procedural Aspects of U.S. Antitrust Law,” which in 2023 was published in Volume 85, Issue 2 of the Antitrust Law Journal.
