Tammy Lee leverages more than two decades working on and managing large document reviews at major law firms and technology companies to assist case teams in developing efficient eDiscovery plans and then closely manage review teams to ensure a quality document review work product, coordinate productions, and provide support during the deposition phase of discovery.
At Morgan Lewis, Tammy has primarily managed employment litigation reviews related to allegations of misappropriation, breach of contract and/or fiduciary duties, and unfair competition, particularly in regard to individual employment movements, but she has also managed reviews related to patent disputes, internal investigations, and other litigation matters.
