Spenser Jaenichen is part of a team of lawyers that advises clients from a range of industries in diverse areas, including complex commercial disputes and government investigations. He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers and prisoners in civil rights cases.
While in law school, Spenser served as notes editor on the University of Illinois Journal of Law, Technology & Policy, represented veterans in the Veterans Legal Clinic as an Illinois Rule 7/11 Student Attorney, and participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. He also taught legal writing and research to incoming LL.M. candidates as an adjunct instructor at the University of Illinois College of Law.
