Sophie Perus advises lenders such as banks, private debt funds, and alternative debt providers as well as sponsors and borrowers on structured and specialist finance transactions in French and international markets. With a focus on banking, acquisition (unitranche, senior, second lien, mezzanine), and structured finance, Sophie’s work extends to asset and real estate finance. She also handles restructuring and tax lease financings. Trilingual, Sophie speaks French, English, and German.
