Shane C. Siegel brings private practice experience to our labor and employment practice, where she represents employers before the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well as state and local agencies. At Morgan Lewis and in her previous work at both regional and national law firms, Shane has achieved favorable results for employers faced with Title VII, ADA, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, FMLA, FLSA, and state antidiscrimination and tort claims.
In addition to representing both emerging and established companies, Shane counsels employers on employment issues, including employment agreements, employee discipline and termination, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. She also works with clients to draft employee handbooks and employment policies that comply with the latest federal and state guidelines.
