Sarah M. Bouskila represents financial institutions primarily in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Sarah has broad experience in complex commercial litigation work, including breach of contract and quasi-contract and related business tort claims, as well as a range of real estate, corporate, and debtor-creditor litigation matters. Sarah focuses her practice on financial services matters, litigating claims under, inter alia, the Fair Credit Report Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth In Lending Act, and their state law equivalents.
